В мероприятии приняли участие представители Союза журналистов России, факультета журналистики МГУ им. М.В. Ломоносова, журналисты российских регионов и стран СНГ, общественные деятели и приглашенные гости.

Модератором мероприятия выступил российский политик, общественный деятель, бывший мэр Улан-Удэ Александр Михайлович Голков.

But, if all of this is new to you, let us explain, dear friends, what on Earth a Telegram is meant to be, and why you should, or should not, need to care. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform.
