بر اساس تصمیم کارگروه انرژی، با عنایت به گزارش سازمان هواشناسی، مبنی بر ورود جبهه سرما، برودت هوا و بارش نزولات آسمانی به صورت برف و با هدف پایداری شبکه انرژی کلیه ادارات و موسسات دولتی، مدارس، آموزشگاه ها، موسسات آموزش عالی، کلیه شعب بانکهای استان گلستان به استثنای مراکز امدادی، درمانی خدماتی در روز شنبه مورخ ۲۰ بهمن ۱۴۰۳ تعطیل می باشد.
آموزش مدارس به صورت غیرحضوری و در بستر شاد انجام خواهد شد.
