Петр Тултаев сообщает, что Совфедом принят закон о том, что объекты культурного наследия в неудовлетворительном состоянии будут восстанавливать через концессионные соглашения.
В законе перечислены критерии, по которым объекту придается статус "в плохом состоянии". Среди них: утрата инженерных систем, деформация фундамента, трещины в стенах и другие.
В концессию не могут быть переданы: мемориальная квартира, мавзолей, памятник или религиозный объект.
Напомним, недавно глава республики Артем Здунов упоминал о планах сохранения некоторых исторических объектов. А издание Enter сделало подборку из как минимум 9 объектов с историей в Саранске, которые необходимо сохранить.
