У нас в городе замечательная молодежь. Они отличаются успехами в спорте, творчестве, музыке, образовании, учебе. Растим достойную смену! С большим уважением и радостью вручил сегодня паспорта ребятам, которым исполнилось 14 лет. Всего в школах Тобольска учатся 1759 учащихся в возрасте 14 лет. До конца года паспорт гражданина Российской Федерации получат еще 1774 школьника.

Ребята, это торжественный и важный момент. Это самый главный документ гражданина, он дает много прав в нашей стране, но и налагает обязанности. Изучите их в Конституции, там вы будете лучше понимать устройство жизни, правила и, поверьте, знание главного Закона России даст вам большее понимание жизни в целом. Поздравляю всех с этим знаменательным событием. В добрый путь, молодежь!
