В Госдуму внесен законопроект, в соответствии с которым депутаты предлагают увеличить стипендии до уровня прожиточного минимума по РФ для обучающихся на бюджетной основе, а именно: студентов, аспирантов, ординаторов, ассистентов-стажеров.
✍🏻 «В советское время размер стипендии в ведущих вузах был сопоставим с минимальной зарплатой. На стипендию можно было без поддержки родителей жить и полноценно учиться», - указали законодатели в пояснительной записке.
