Караулов поинтересовался, когда с улиц Рязани исчезнут ржавые троллейбусы. Ясинский ответил, что сейчас проводится обновление подвижного состава, к концу апреля на улицы города выйдут 20 единиц нового транспорта.
Караулов и Ясинский также обсудили вопросы капитального ремонта домов, реализацию программы «Умный город» и конфликт с Ново-Рязанской ТЭЦ.
