Постановление «на будущее». В случае, если в соответствии с нынешним законодательством Минюст РФ не прекратит статус иностранного агента в отношении депутата от КПРФ Виктора Воробьёва, то 11 ноября постановление вступит в силу и Госсовет прекратит полномочия Воробьёва. Постановление уже обстебали юристы, однако правовое управление Госсовета то, что постановление принимается на случай «если бы, да кабы» и обстоятельства, согласно которым его должны принять, ещё не наступили ничуть не смущает.
