Бывший руководитель муниципального учреждения «Ритуал» и депутат Наталия Мигунова признана виновной в мошенничестве (пять эпизодов), превышении должностных полномочий (два эпизода) и взяточничестве (три эпизода), сообщает СУ СК.
По версии следствия, в 2016-2022 гг. она фиктивно трудоустраивала работников, начисляла своим подчиненным премии, которые забирала себе. Также Мигунова получила взятку от предпринимателя.
Сумма похищенных средств превысила 3 млн рублей.
Суд приговорил ее к семи годам лишения свободы условно, оштрафовал на 700 тыс. рублей, а также на три года запретил ей занимать должности в органах госвласти и местного самоуправления.
