Сегодня, в День памяти жертв политических репрессий, глава Совета по правам человека Валерий Фадеев и директор Музея истории ГУЛАГа Роман Романов возложили цветы к «Стене Скорби» на проспекте Сахарова.

Монумент работы скульптора Георгия Франгуляна был открыт семь лет назад, 30 октября 2017 года, после проведения открытого конкурса.

Основу композиции мемориала составляют взмывающие ввысь фигуры, символизирующие хрупкость человеческой жизни на фоне многотонной беспощадной системы.

Частью мемориала стали природные камни из регионов России, чья история связана с советскими политическими репрессиями. В ходе акции, организованной музеем, было собрано 173 камня из 58 регионов.

The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences.
