Правоохоронці затримали нападника неподалік від місця події. Йому повідомили про підозру за ч. 4 ст. 186 Кримінального кодексу України — грабіж, вчинений в умовах воєнного стану. Санкція статті передбачає до десяти років позбавлення волі.
