В Хакасии Коновалов утвердил новый порядок предоставления единовременной денежной выплаты гражданам заключившим контракт с Минобороны.
Деньги на выплаты контрактникам в размере 400 тысяч рублей будут предоставляться из резервного фонда регионального правительства. Перечисление денежных средств военнослужащему будет производиться в течение 60 рабочих дней.
При увольнении с военной службы ранее срока, установленного контрактом, выплата подлежит возврату в сумме, пропорционально времени, оставшемуся до окончания срока контракта.
