⚠️Неопытному в огнестрельных ранениях доктору, может показаться, отломки стоят удовлетворительно и может даже консолидируются. Но это не так. Имея опыт БХП, понимаешь, что на самом деле это дефект, просто на рентгенограммах мы можем видеть в кучке — мёртвые костные осколки. Поэтому к операции я подготовился и взял трансплантат из гребня для замещения дефекта.
Но это не единственная проблема раненого. Точнее, в его системе ценностей — это меньшее из проблем. Его беспокоит отсутствие функции 4-5 пальцев и даже контрактура, пассивные движения вызывают боль и натяжение. По данным УЗИ: неврома на уровне кожного рубца.
