В России популярность кино с субтитрами только начинает зарождаться — однако в последние годы культура смотрения активно меняется, и появляется все больше людей, которые смотрят кино только на языке оригинала с русскими субтитрами.
Так появилось сообщество фансаберов — людей, которые бесплатно переводят субтитры к фильмам и сериалам и публикуют их в открытый доступ.
Мы поговорили аж с 13 (!) сообществами фансаберов о специфике их работы и взаимоотношениях с правообладателями. А еще с помощью юристов разобрались в легальности фанатского выпуска субтитров и особенностях авторских прав в этой сфере.
