Казахи вообще очень чётко поставили дело: хочешь на что-то претендовать в социально-карьерном смысле - или становись казахом, или, как минимум, делай вид, что хочешь им стать и регулярно доказывай лояльность. Не стране, а именно титульной нации. Особенно ярко это проявляется в публичной сфере - у актёров, спортсменов и тд. Большинство русских приняли правила игры и делают всё это уже на автомате. Нормы поведения быстро уясняют и "легионеры" из России. Не будешь обещать выучить язык и рассказывать о том, как начинаешь чувствовать себя казахом - не видать внимания СМИ, рекламных контрактов и прочих ништяков.

The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. "The result is on this photo: fiery 'greetings' to the invaders," the Security Service of Ukraine wrote alongside a photo showing several military vehicles among plumes of black smoke.
