Не стране, а именно титульной нации. Особенно ярко это проявляется в публичной сфере - у актёров, спортсменов и тд. Большинство русских приняли правила игры и делают всё это уже на автомате. Нормы поведения быстро уясняют и "легионеры" из России. Не будешь обещать выучить язык и рассказывать о том, как начинаешь чувствовать себя казахом - не видать внимания СМИ, рекламных контрактов и прочих ништяков.
