Бакей попал на войну из тюрьмы. Подписал контракт со Шторм Z. А в августе 2023 года возле населенного пункта Роботино получил тяжелое ранение и попал в плен. Зная о состоянии военнослужащего, Россия решила вернуть его домой только спустя полтора года нахождения в плену.

Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine.
