یک روز، بعد از پایان مصاحبه خبری، از دکتر طهرانچی خواستیم خاطره جانبازی‌شان را برایمان تعریف کنند. همیشه با تواضع، از گفتن این خاطره‌ها پرهیز می‌کردند. آن روز اما، ما خیلی اصرار کردیم. در آخر به شوخی و جدی گفتیم: «قول می‌دهیم ضبط کنیم برای بعد از شهادت…» این را که شنیدند، همان‌طور آرام و بی‌ادعا پذیرفتند؛ شرط گذاشتند که فیلم و روایت نزد من امانت بماند، تا وقتی که دیگر خودشان نیستند… حالا که داغ نبودنشان به دلمان نشسته، برای اولین بار، این فیلم و روایت امانتی را در چند قسمت منتشر می‌کنم، تا همه با ما شریک شوند در گوشه‌ای از مردانگی آرام و بی‌سر و صدایش. روایت جانبازی مردی که تمام این سال‌ها، حرفش فقط امانت بود و اخلاص.
