Больше всего жалоб поступает из Санкт-Петербурга (6%), Москвы и Самарской области (5%), Республики Калмыкия и Нижегородской области (4%). По данным сервиса Downdetector, среди основных проблем - сбой сервиса (86%), сбой сайта (7%) и неполадки с мобильным приложением (4%).
