Российский институт современного арбитража рад объявить о юбилейном запуске Зимней академии по международному арбитражу, которая пройдёт онлайн с 20 января по 1 февраля 2025 года.
В этом году Зимняя академия посвящена обширному кругу пост-арбитражных вопросов, среди которых: частичные решения, отмена и исполнение арбитражных решений, поиск активов, параллельные процессы и др. Кроме того, лекторами Академии выступят специалисты из различных юрисдикций и культур, чтобы осветить все многообразие взглядов и подходов к решению общих проблем арбитража.
Академия проводится на английском языке.
Для участия в отборе необходимо заполнить форму регистрациидо 25 ноября 2024 года.
