Российский институт современного арбитража рад объявить о юбилейном запуске Зимней академии по международному арбитражу, которая пройдёт онлайн с 20 января по 1 февраля 2025 года.
В этом году Зимняя академия посвящена обширному кругу пост-арбитражных вопросов, среди которых: частичные решения, отмена и исполнение арбитражных решений, поиск активов, параллельные процессы и др. Кроме того, лекторами Академии выступят специалисты из различных юрисдикций и культур, чтобы осветить все многообразие взглядов и подходов к решению общих проблем арбитража.
Академия проводится на английском языке.
Для участия в отборе необходимо заполнить форму регистрациидо 25 ноября 2024 года.

In the past, it was noticed that through bulk SMSes, investors were induced to invest in or purchase the stocks of certain listed companies. It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions. The Bureau of Labor Statistics' February Consumer Price Index (CPI) this week showed another surge in prices even before Russia escalated its attacks in Ukraine. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers.
