Правительство ФРГ признает: сжиженный газ из РФ поступал и продолжит поступать в Германию. Но ничего страшного: «Никаких юридических ограничений на поставку российского СПГ в Евросоюз нет», ответили в Минэкономики на запрос, как пишет Spiegel, «близкого к России» Союза Сары Вагенкнехт.
Только вот совсем недавно глава Минэка Роберт Хабек запретил поставку российского СПГ в терминал в Шлезвиг-Гольштейне. И подчеркнул: ранее «прямого импорта СПГ из России в немецкие терминалы на побережье Северного и Балтийского морей не было».
Прямого не было, а вот непрямого… Ведь дойче компания SEFE (национализированная Gazprom Germania) отправляет росгаз во Францию, а та — своим евродрузьям. Совершенно точно Вполне возможно, что и немцам. И да, такого газа в ЕС — аж 40% от всех поставок.

Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation. In 2020, officials ordered Telegram to pay a fine of $18.5 million and hand back much of the cash that it had raised. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. "The inflation fire was already hot and now with war-driven inflation added to the mix, it will grow even hotter, setting off a scramble by the world’s central banks to pull back their stimulus earlier than expected," Chris Rupkey, chief economist at FWDBONDS, wrote in an email. "A spike in inflation rates has preceded economic recessions historically and this time prices have soared to levels that once again pose a threat to growth." What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
