በእለቱ የመክፈቻ ንግግር ያደረጉት የጉለሌ ቅ/ጽ/ቤት ስራ አስኪያጅ አቶ ፍቅሩ ገቢሳ እንደገለጹት የዘርፍ ግንኙነት እርስ በርስ ለመማማርና የተሻለ አሰራርን ቀስሞ ወደራስ ተግባራዊ ለማድረግና ተሞክር ወስዶ ለመስራት እንዲሁም ጤናማ ግንኙነትን ለመፍጠር አስተዋጽኦ አለው ብለዋል::
