كتب عبد الله العمري كتابا للإمام مالك ينصحه فيه بالعزلة والتعبد وترك اجتماع الناس وتعليم العلم، فقال له الإمام مالك: «إن الله عز وجل قسم الأعمال كما قسم الأرزاق، فرُبَّ رجلٍ فُتح له في الصلاة ولم يُفتح له في الصوم، وآخر فُتح له في الصدقة ولم يُفتح له في الصيام، وآخر فُتح له في الجهاد ولم يُفتَح له في الصلاة، ونشر العلم وتعليمه من أفضل أعمال البر، وقد رضيت بما فتح الله لي فيه من ذلك، وما أظُن ما أنا فيه بدون ما أنت فيه، وأرجو أن يكون كلانا على خير، ويجب على كل واحد منا أن يرضى بما قُسِم له، والسلام».

Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. "There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said. As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones.
