Затем возможен спад активности и даже затухание протеста, но за этим должен последовать второй этап. Как призывает наш президент - «без раскачки». Это радикальный этап с самого начала, и он всегда приурочен к какому-то медийно важному событию. В Киеве это было «звычячче побыття». В Грузии медийно значимое событие - выборы парламентом президента 13 декабря. Чем голосование завершится, известно, но здесь важно, как к этому подготовится улица.
И вот только по итогам событий 13 декабря и после можно будет делать какие-то выводы. Не раньше.

Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram. Either way, Durov says that he withdrew his resignation but that he was ousted from his company anyway. Subsequently, control of the company was reportedly handed to oligarchs Alisher Usmanov and Igor Sechin, both allegedly close associates of Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
