В Белоруссии запретили продавать фаршированные блинчики от рязанского производителя «Лина», которые продаются под торговой маркой «С пылу, с жару». Об этом сообщает КП-Беларусь со ссылкой на белорусский Госстандарт.
Не прошли проверку фаршированные блинчики с ветчиной и сыром, а также с вишней.
В мясной начинке было в девять раз завышено количество мезофильных аэробных и факультативно-анаэробных микроорганизмов. Кроме того, там обнаружено недопустимое наличие бактерий группы кишечных палочек (колиформы).
В блинчиках с вишней в белорусской лаборатории нашли несоответствии данных в маркировке. В частности, в начинке была незаявленная изготовителем недопустимая пищевая добавка – синтетический краситель азорубин (Е122) – 13,7 мг на кг.
