В социальных сетях сообщается, что в одной из школ Новосибирска компания школьников систематически избивает сверстников. Одному из детей причинены тяжелые травмы, и он был госпитализирован в медицинское учреждение. Руководство школы не приняло мер для разрешения ситуации.
По данному факту следственными органами СК России по Новосибирской области проводится процессуальная проверка (ст. 111, 293 УК РФ).
Глава ведомства поручил руководителю СУ СК России по Новосибирской области Долгалеву Е.Г. возбудить по данному факту уголовное дело.

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. It raised an initial tranche of cash – worth more than a billion dollars – to help develop the coin before opening sales to the public. Unfortunately, third-party sales of coins bought in those initial fundraising rounds raised the ire of the SEC, which brought the hammer down on the whole operation.
