При этом 20 территорий отведены под жилую застройку и в перспективе позволят ввести 786 тыс. кв. метров жилья. Проекты КРТ дадут возможность эффективно использовать земельные участки, а также построить качественное жильё с учётом необходимой инфраструктуры. На данный момент уже ведётся работа по 16 территориям», – отметил глава Минстроя России Ирек Файзуллин.
