"Дача была отремонтирована в прошлом году. Представляла большую историческую ценность и была главным туристским объектом в поселке. Я планировал с её владельцами открыть в одном из помещений дачи экспозицию, посвящённую Печковскому и его друзьям, бывавшим здесь в довоенный период", — сказал изданию "47news" краевед Андрей Бурлаков.
