С января 2025 года зарегистрировать права на недвижимость можно будет в ускоренном порядке.
Основание - отдельные положения 207-ФЗ, которым внесены изменения в Закон о госрегистрации недвижимости, вступающие в силу с 1 января следующего года.
Так, с указанной даты введена возможность ускоренного осуществления государственного кадастрового учета и (или) государственной регистрации прав - в течение 1-го рабочего дня - при соблюдении следующих условий:
◾️вид соответствующего регистрационного действия включен в перечень, размещенный на сайте Росреестра; ◾️в заявлении об осуществлении государственного кадастрового учета и (или) государственной регистрации прав присутствует соответствующая отметка; ◾️госпошлина уплачена в двойном размере согласно п. 1.1 ст. 333 33 НК РФ (при этом льготы, установленные ст. 333.35 НК РФ не применяются).
Напомним, что размеры госпошлин с 01.01.2025 существенно вырастут.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
