В январе 2025 года выдачи уже упали примерно на 50% по сравнению с январем 2024 года, заметил топ менеджер банка.
"Наверное, одно из самых крупных падений мы увидим в ипотеке, только в январе ипотечные выдачи сократились примерно на 50%. Думаю, что такая ситуация сохранится на протяжении всего года".
