На эти цели в нынешнем году Мособлизбиркому выделяют 40 572 584 рубля 68 копеек из резервного фонда правительства Московской области на безвозмездной и безвозвратной основе. В том числе "в связи с отсутствием утверждённого бюджета Городского округа Люберцы Московской области на 2025 год". Но в основном, конечно, для "защиты и гарантий конституционных прав и свобод граждан".
