Во втором проекте речь идет о том, что обязанности главы муниципалитета с 30 ноября возьмет на себя первый заместитель Петр Артемьев до избрания нового руководителя. Прием документов от кандидатов завершился 24 ноября, а конкурс пройдет 6 декабря.
