В первом говорится, что руководитель администрации Магомед Османов уходит в отставку по собственному желанию и выходит на пенсию 29 ноября 2024 года, хотя его срок истекает лишь 3 декабря. Во втором проекте речь идет о том, что обязанности главы муниципалитета с 30 ноября возьмет на себя первый заместитель Петр Артемьев до избрания нового руководителя. Прием документов от кандидатов завершился 24 ноября, а конкурс пройдет 6 декабря.

He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. Also in the latest update is the ability for users to create a unique @username from the Settings page, providing others with an easy way to contact them via Search or their t.me/username link without sharing their phone number.
