Движение ограничат по улицам и переулкам, прилегающим к Базарной площади: ул. Свердлова, пер. Квартальный, ул. Карла Маркса, ул. Вилкова, ул. Советская. Для проезда в микрорайон "Погорелка" можно воспользоваться объездным путем от дороги, ведущей в с.Станко.
С 11:30 до 12:30 на время шествия праздничной колонны трудовых коллективов города движение ограничат по следующим улицам: ул. Ульянова и ул. Советская. Объездной путь - через микрорайон ул. Юбилейной по ул. 4-я Пятилетка.
Автолюбителей просят с пониманием отнестись к ограничениям и заранее выбирать маршруты поездок.

But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
