Центральный окружной военный суд Самары вынес приговор жителю Ижевска по делу о публичных призывах к осуществлению террористической деятельности, сообщает пресс-служба управления ФСБ по УР.
Как установил суд, обвиняемый разместил в одной из социальных сетей материалы для публичного просмотра, призывающие к насилию в отношении представителей властей.
Суд учел признание вины обвиняемым и приговорил его к штрафу в 320 тыс. рублей.
