Глазовский райсуд рассмотрел иск к местному жителю о причинении морального вреда, сообщает пресс-служба судейского сообщества Удмуртии.
Поводом для иска стал случай в магазине. Мужчина прилюдно обматерил 17-летнюю девушку. В его отношении было возбуждено административное дело по ч.1 чт. 5.61 КоАП РФ (оскорбление). Хама оштрафовали на 3 тыс. рублей.
Вскоре мать девушки обратилась в суд с иском, требуя также компенсировать дочери причиненный моральный ущерб. Суд согласился с требованиями женщины и обязал глазовчанина выплатить потерпевшей 40 тыс. рублей.

Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours. Friday’s performance was part of a larger shift. For the week, the Dow, S&P 500 and Nasdaq fell 2%, 2.9%, and 3.5%, respectively. Sebi said data, emails and other documents are being retrieved from the seized devices and detailed investigation is in progress. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
