К участникам акции обратился лидер оппозиционной партии «Стратегия Агмашенебели» Гиорги Вашадзе:
«Продолжаем двигаться, держим дистанцию от полиции, ни в коем случае не вступаем с ними в конфронтацию и не даем им повода для задержаний».
На данный момент задержаны по меньшей мере пять человек, в том числе оператор оппозиционного канала «Мтавари» Серги Барамидзе и член оппозиционной партии «Ахали» Саба Схвитаридзе.
