И опять чиновнички учудили.
В Красноярске рядом с ТРК «Комсомолл» собираются построить пятизвездочный отель.

Под гостиницу отдали территорию в 2,3 га рядом с Енисеем. Приказ на разработку документации по планировке территории подписал краевой минстрой.

Комплекс построят за счет инвестора. По плану, в гостиничном комплексе будут отель, парковка и офисно-деловой центр. Построить все планируют к 2026 году.

Наверное мало кто найдётся против пяти-звездочной гостиницы в Красноярске.

Но начальники в собственном репертуаре:
- почему не спросили жителей города?
- где было гласное обсуждение выбора места под гостиницу?
- кто участвовал в обсуждении архитектурной концепции?

Такое впечатление что, МЫ живём не в своём городе, а в общаге ООО "Красноярск". И МЭРские решает, кто и где будет жить.
