3-لحتى ما بين كل فترة و فترة تاخد نقاهه و تعمل استراحة، خفف الضغط عليك من هلق، كل أسبوع خصص يوم واحد استراحة من كلّ شي، وخصصه كيوم مُميز لتعمل فيه نشاط أو ترفيه الك مختلف عن أجواء أسبوعك كلّه .
