Но факты говорят об обратном. И, минуточку, разве там не было ущерба??? Это по сфабрикованному уголовному делу в отношении адвоката Новикова Дмитрия Владимировича не было никакого материального ущерба, кроме ущерба самому Дмитрию Владимировичу, созданного ему следствием, ОПС, незаконным содержанием под стражей, незаконными судебными решениями и заведомо неправосудным незаконным обвинительным приговором!!!
