Согласно этим данным, за месяц однокомнатные квартиры подешевели в 46 городах, двухкомнатные — в 44, трехкомнатные — в 45.
Калуга вошла в список тех городов, где подешевели «однушки» и «двушки» — на 7,5% и 4,4% соответственно. Однокомнатная квартира сейчас в среднем сдается за 21 844 рубля, двухкомнатная — за 26 487 рублей. Трехкомнатные квартиры подорожали на 2,5%. Средняя цена аренды сейчас составляет 35 520 рублей.
Снижение цен на аренду «Мир квартир» связывает с увеличением предложения на этом рынке, которое произошло в конце прошлого года. Но через два месяца прогнозируется новый виток роста цен.
