Перед депутатами с биографией Алексея Этеева выступил представитель главы Калмыкии в парламенте Араш Манджиев.

На данный момент кандидат рассказывает об итогах своей работы на посту министра цифрового развития республики и представляет планы по направлениям, которые он будет курировать на посту вице-премьера.
