На мероприятии выступил глава Калмыкии Бату Хасиков. «Мы должны понимать и знать, что в любой ситуации, особенно когда и наша страна, и все народы России, наш народ в том числе, стоит перед серьезным вызовом, наш долг — быть едиными. Наш долг — делать все для того, чтобы нас было больше. Наш долг в честь памяти наших предков — сделать все для того, чтобы наша Калмыкия развивалась и процветала. Да будет так!», — отметил Хасиков.
