Соответствующее распоряжение подписал мэр Красноярска Владислав Логинов. Сменил название участок набережной от реки Базаиха да Николаевского моста.
Для справки: Владимир Долгих - первый секретарь крайкома партии в Красноярском крае. Этот пост он занимал с 1969 по 1971 год. А через 5 лет он стал куратором всей металлургии в СССР. Он был заведующим отделом тяжелой промышленности и энергетики ЦК КПСС с 1976 по 1984 год.
