За прошедшую неделю на Бирже губернаторов росли акции следующих дальневосточных губернаторов:
📈Алексей Цыденов (Бурятия) вырос дважды. В первый раз за успешный визит в в Мьянму, второй - за в связи с активным участием в «Транспортной неделе».
📈Александр Осипов (Забайкальский край) сначала упал, но через пару дней снова вырос. Его акции пошли вверх за социальную политику реализуемую в регионах.
Остальные 9 высших должностных лиц Дальнего Востока на завершившейся неделе остались без движения.
Странно, что Биржа не заметила вручения премии «Гамбургский счет» от РАСО «Губернатор года» главе Сахалинской области Валерию Лимаренко. Ждем роста на следующей неделе?

Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. Given the pro-privacy stance of the platform, it’s taken as a given that it’ll be used for a number of reasons, not all of them good. And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. There was another possible development: Reuters also reported that Ukraine said that Belarus could soon join the invasion of Ukraine. However, the AFP, citing a Pentagon official, said the U.S. hasn’t yet seen evidence that Belarusian troops are in Ukraine. And while money initially moved into stocks in the morning, capital moved out of safe-haven assets. The price of the 10-year Treasury note fell Friday, sending its yield up to 2% from a March closing low of 1.73%. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app.
