Заседание по избранию меры пресечения экс-главе Петрозаводска Владимиру Любарскому, обвиняемому в получении взятки, сделали закрытым, так как будут рассматривать вопросы здоровья Владимира Константиновича. Рука у него практически не действует после ранения. Еще в начале заседания пожаловался на проблемы с памятью из-за контузии. Не смог назвать даты рождения своих детей.
Меру избирает судья Татьяна Петина, следователь Александр Брюханов, прокурор Кирилл Кутилов, адвокат Александр Кукушкин.
