Чечня и Ингушетия по итогам 5 месяцев показали дефицит бюджетов на фоне беспрецедентного роста доходов бюджетов подавляющего большинства субъектов РФ до 7,2 трлн руб. (рост на 29%).
Дефицит показали лишь еще 4 региона - Тува, Ульяновская область, Камчатский край и Башкортостан.
