«Это будет недешевый проект: нам, по нашим оценкам, придется потратить порядка 36 млрд рублей»,

Строительство пройдет в рамках 30-летней концессии с возможностью продления. Республика обеспечит необходимую инженерную инфраструктуру. Сдача объекта намечена на 2028 год, пропускная способность — около 2 млн пассажиров в год.
