Сегодня в Октябрьском районном суде Екатеринбурга прошло заседание, на котором защитники рощи требовали судебной экспертизы и приостановки работ в Березовой роще до решения суда по вопросу признания ее охраняемой природной территорией. Судья экспертизу назначать отказалась, следующее заседание пройдет еще через 3 дня — причем работы не приостановлены, все это время застройщик может беспрепятственно вырубать деревья.
Сейчас люди собираются у рощи, туда прислали полицию и автозак.
