Нападения уличных собак в поселке имени Горького происходят регулярно. Но особенно часто - на улице Ломоносова. Это дорога в единственный в микрорайоне центр дополнительного образования и в детский сад. То есть тут всегда большой поток людей. При этом отсутствует даже освещение.
Именно там, вблизи дома 8 на 12-летнего мальчика напала стая собак. Они повалили его и потащили за ноги. В результате у ребенка изодрана спина и прокушена голень. Чудом мальчику удалось вырваться. Уже больше месяца ребенок проходит лечение, в том числе у психолога.
На основании статьи 1069 Гражданского кодекса РФ, родители мальчика подали в суд на администрацию города с требованием компенсировать 120 тысяч рублей. @KomChtivo
